Well today has been wonderful in West Tennessee! It's 81, which is very unusual for this area. I hear people complain all the time about it being so hot and sticky out but I guess im weird cause I enjoy the hot weather. A normal temp this time of the year would be around 100 with a high heat index.

Trying to change my life for the better

All my life I have been overweight. I have tried just about every diet out there but after a few days I tend to fall back in my old ways. There has been a few online weight loss challenges I have been in and dropped out after a week or two. I finding excuses to eat or not to exercise. This has to stop, I have two amazing kids that need their mommy. I'm tired of being too tired to run after my kids or to be able to play with them. I guess the biggest wake up call was a couple of weeks ago when my 3 year old said "mommy you're fat!". Since the Biggest loser Show on NBC is one of my favorite shows, I decided to join the online club. Wish me luck!!!
